- 6 oz ginger kombucha (or any kombucha, I just love ginger in my smoothies)
- 4 whole frozen strawberries
- a handful of frozen mango chunks
- a big handful of fresh kale and spinach mix
- 4 ice cubes
This is my favorite smoothie recipe. I developed it based adding and subtracting ingredients from another smoothie that I really liked. It's great for people who want a green smoothie, but still want a sweet drink that does not taste overtly green. It's super healthy, too.
Put it all in a good blender (one that will pulverize the greens) and let it run for a few minutes. I use the highest speed, which on the Ninja is "crush." Once it looks completely blended, pour and enjoy!
